According to Food Safety and Drug Control Commissioner Dr. T. Shubamangala, an inspection team from the commissionerate raided the warehouse of M/s Adarsh Associate in Jaipur. The operation was led by Additional Commissioner Bhagwat Singh.

During the inspection, officials collected samples of the caffeinated beverage marketed as “Red Bull Energy” under the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act (FSS Act).

The seized samples have been sent to the State Food Laboratory for analysis. Authorities said further legal action will be taken under the Food Safety and Standards Act if the laboratory findings confirm violations related to the product’s labeling and promotional claims.

The Food Safety Department has also urged consumers to remain vigilant about food products carrying potentially misleading claims and to report any such cases to the department.
